RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Burcii purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original outer packaging, which must remain unopened. For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that all returned products are carefully packed in a suitable shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Missing or incorrect Items
At BURCII, every order is carefully packed, checked, and documented by our team to ensure accuracy and quality before shipment.

If you believe an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via info@burcii.com and include:
• your order number
• a photo of the shipping box
• a photo of all received contents

This allows our team to investigate quickly and resolve the matter for you.

Please note that claims reported after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

For security and hygiene reasons, orders reported as incomplete are not eligible for return.

We aim to reply to all messages within 24–48 hours.
